By using our website, requesting a quotation, making a booking, or purchasing any travel service through us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. ## 1. About Our Services Book Bharat Tour provides travel-related services including tour packages, hotel accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, transfers, holiday packages, and other travel arrangements. Services may be provided directly by Book Bharat Tour or through third-party suppliers and service providers. ## 2. Booking Confirmation A booking is considered confirmed only after: 1. Required traveller information has been provided; 2. The applicable booking amount or advance payment has been received; and 3. Book Bharat Tour has issued a booking confirmation or otherwise confirmed the reservation. A quotation or itinerary shared before confirmation does not necessarily guarantee availability or final pricing. ## 3. Pricing Tour prices are based on the services, dates, number of travellers, accommodation category, vehicle type, and other requirements mentioned in the quotation. Prices may change before confirmation due to: * Hotel availability * Seasonal rates * Transportation costs * Government taxes or fees * Fuel price changes * Supplier price revisions * Changes requested by the traveller The final price will be communicated before confirmation. ## 4. Payment Customers must make payments according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make payment within the agreed time may result in cancellation of the reservation and applicable cancellation charges. Any bank, payment gateway, transaction, or currency conversion charges may be payable by the customer where applicable. ## 5. Hotels Hotel accommodation is subject to availability. Hotel names may be changed to another property of similar category if the originally proposed property becomes unavailable, subject to availability and applicable terms. Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the respective hotel. Special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, room views, adjoining rooms, or specific room numbers are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed. ## 6. Transportation Vehicle type will depend on the package selected and the number of travellers. Vehicles are generally provided for the services mentioned in the confirmed itinerary. Personal or unauthorised use of the vehicle may not be permitted. Additional charges may apply for services outside the agreed itinerary, extra kilometres, additional sightseeing, parking, tolls, permits, or other expenses where applicable. ## 7. Itinerary Changes Travel itineraries may need to be changed because of weather, road conditions, traffic, government restrictions, natural events, vehicle issues, hotel availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Book Bharat Tour may modify the itinerary where reasonably necessary to protect the safety and convenience of travellers. ## 8. Traveller Responsibility Travellers are responsible for: * Providing correct personal and travel information. * Carrying valid identification and required travel documents. * Following hotel, transport, local authority, and activity-provider rules. * Arriving at agreed pickup points on time. * Taking care of personal belongings. * Paying for personal expenses not included in the package. Book Bharat Tour is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information or failure by travellers to follow applicable instructions. ## 9. Personal Belongings Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, valuables, documents, mobile phones, cameras, and other personal items. Book Bharat Tour and its service providers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded. ## 10. Travel Documents Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they have all documents required for their journey, including government identification, permits, visas, tickets, and other documents where applicable. ## 11. Third-Party Services Hotels, transport operators, restaurants, activity providers, and other suppliers may have their own terms and conditions. Book Bharat Tour acts as a travel organiser/arranger for such services and cannot control every aspect of a third-party supplier's operation. ## 12. Force Majeure Book Bharat Tour shall not be responsible for failure, delay, loss, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, landslides, road closures, strikes, government restrictions, accidents, civil disturbances, epidemics, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. ## 13. Website Information We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, photographs, descriptions, prices, availability, hotel facilities, road conditions, and other information may change. Website content should not be considered an absolute guarantee of the availability or condition of any service. ## 14. Intellectual Property The content, text, images, logos, graphics, design, and other material appearing on the Book Bharat Tour website may be protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited unless written permission has been obtained. ## 15.
