Welcome to Book Bharat Tour. By booking a tour, package, or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making any reservations.

Booking and Confirmation

  1. All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or phone.

  2. Reservations are confirmed only after full or partial payment as per the package terms.

  3. Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed upon in writing by Book Bharat Tour.

Payment Policy

  1. Advance Payment: A minimum deposit minimum 30 % is required to confirm a booking (varies per package).

  2. Balance Payment: Must be paid before the start of the trip.

  3. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or online payment gateways.

  4. Book Bharat Tour reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received on time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

    1. Cancellations made 7 days before departure: 50% refund.

    2. Cancellations made less than 7 days: No refund.

  2. Force Majeure: Book Bharat Tour is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, roadblocks, or other circumstances beyond control.

  3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Itinerary Changes

  1. Book Bharat Tour reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Alternate arrangements will be provided to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip.

Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  1. Customers are responsible for valid government-issued ID, passports, visas, and any other travel documents.

  2. Book Bharat Tour is not responsible for denied entry due to incorrect or missing documents.

  3. Travelers must adhere to local laws and regulations during the tour.

Accommodation & Transport

  1. Hotels, homestays, and transport are booked based on availability at the time of confirmation.

  2. Book Bharat Tour ensures safe and comfortable arrangements, but specific brands or room types cannot be guaranteed unless stated.

  3. Vehicles provided are for group travel; any personal usage outside the tour is not covered.

Liability & Insurance

  1. Book Bharat Tour acts as a tour operator and facilitator; we are not responsible for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or accidents.

  2. Travelers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for medical emergencies, accidents, or trip cancellations.

Code of Conduct

  1. All travelers must respect local customs, wildlife, and property.

  2. Book Bharat Tour reserves the right to remove travelers from the tour if their behavior endangers others or violates local laws.

Intellectual Property 

  1. All content on the Book Bharat Tour website (images, text, videos) is owned by Book Bharat Tour.

  2. Unauthorized use of website content is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

  1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  2. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Himachal Pradesh courts.
