Refund & Cancellation Policy – Book Bharat Tour
At Book Bharat Tour, we value every traveller who chooses us for their holidays. We aim to make your journey smooth, safe, and memorable. However, we also understand that sometimes travel plans may change due to unforeseen reasons. To ensure complete transparency, we have designed this tour cancellation and refund policy. Please read it carefully before confirming or cancelling your booking.
General Refund Guidelines

All cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing via email or through our official contact form.

Refunds will be processed only to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

The refund process may take up to 60 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Token/advance payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are used to secure hotels, cabs, and other travel services in advance.
Cancellation Policy & Refund Structure

30 days or more before tour start date – 90% of the booking amount will be refunded (after deducting token and service charges).

15–30 days before tour start date – 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

Up to 15 days before tour start date – 30% of the total amount will be refunded.

Within 7 days before the tour – 10% of the booking amount will be refunded.

1 day before or on the day of tour commencement – No refund.

After the tour has started – No refund will be applicable.
No-Refund Situations

No refund will be given if your taxi/vehicle faces mechanical or technical issues during the journey.

No refund in case of natural calamities like landslides, floods, earthquakes, snowfall, or road blockages.

No refund in case of government restrictions, strikes, traffic jams, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.

Any unused services (hotel, cab, activities) during the trip will not be refunded.
Important Notes for Travelers

Refunds are calculated on the entire package price and not on individual services.

Cancellation charges from hotels, airlines, or activity providers may vary and will be deducted accordingly.

GST, service fees, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable in all cases.

If you request a partial cancellation (like skipping a sightseeing spot), refund eligibility will depend on actual service provider rules.

Our travel refund and cancellation policy is designed to protect both the traveller and the company. We pre-book hotels, taxis, guides, and other services for your convenience. These vendors often have their own non-refundable rules, which is why our cancellation terms are firm and transparent.
